Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to return items within 14 days of the purchase date. Return shipping costs are not included in the refund; shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The product must be in the same condition and packaged in its original packaging so that we can sell it without any signs of use. To return an item, please send an email to raspberrypotterry@gmail.com stating the reason for the return and your order code.

Your refund will be reflected in your account within 5 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you need to return the product to us by sending an email to raspberrypotterry@gmail.com and purchase the desired product again.

Invoicing

To receive your invoice, including all billing information and specific address and/or company information, please email us at raspberrypotterry@gmail.com immediately after completing your order. We send you an invoice via email using a digital invoicing system. We do not change invoice details after 24 hours of placing an order.
